Letter to Zou Puxun [1]
(August 27, 1953)

Brother Puxun:
Your several letters from before and after have all been received.
The entrusted matter has been properly handled, which is a great relief.
Your illness requires quiet convalescence and not overexertion; I hope you will pay attention to this.
The letters addressed to Li Shuqing and Mao Yuju [2]—I would be obliged if you could forward them at your convenience!
Wishing you the best of health
Mao Zedong
