Return to Comrade Wang Jiaxiang[2] for issuance as is. One sentence in Article 3[3] should be revised to read:

[1] Luo Guibo, then serving as Chief Advisor of the Chinese Advisory Group in Vietnam. Deng Yifan, then serving as Deputy Head of the Chinese Advisory Group in Vietnam.
[2] Wang Jiaxiang, then serving as Director of the International Liaison Department of the CPC Central Committee.
[3] The original text of this sentence in Article 3 of the draft telegram dated 14 August 1953 from the CPC Central Committee to Luo Guibo and Deng Yifan was: “The Party Constitution of the Labour Party stipulates that ‘the integration of Marxism, Engelsism, Leninism, Stalinism and Mao Zedong Thought with the practice of the Vietnamese revolution shall serve as the ideological foundation and guiding compass for all actions of the Party.’” When reviewing it, Mao Zedong deleted the words “Engelsism,” “Stalinism,” “and Mao Zedong Thought” from this sentence.
