It is hoped that all commanders and fighters of the entire army will guard against arrogance. After the armistice agreement is signed and takes effect, vigilance should still be heightened. On the one hand, strictly observe the agreement yourselves; on the other hand, guard against possible destructive provocations by the enemy.
