There Should Be a Military Commission Agenda in Central Meetings
(May 27, 1953)

Comrade Peng Dehuai, and Comrade Huang Kecheng:

In central meetings, there should be an agenda item for the Military Commission once a month or once every two months. For example, a few days ago Comrade Kecheng wanted to discuss with me the situation of the logistics conference, which could then be reported to the central meeting. The method would be to write it out concisely in text, give it to Comrade Yang Shangkun to distribute to all comrades, include it in the agenda, and during the meeting have Huang provide a brief explanation. Other important matters from various departments shall be handled accordingly. If you agree, please arrange for this to be done.
