Telegram Regarding Rest and Recovery in the Soviet Union

Comrade Liu Shaoqi:

(1) Your telegram of October 18 has been received; (2) The Central Committee agrees that you and Comrade Wang Jiaxiang may rest and recuperate in the Soviet Union for one to one and a half months. Comrades Wang Guangmei and Zhu Zhongli will depart for Moscow immediately; (3) The Plenary Session of the Central Committee may be convened after your return to China.
