Comrade Xiao Hua\[2\]:
Position broadcasting is of extreme importance. Have broadcasting equipment and broadcasting personnel been generally prepared?

**Notes**
\[1\] This critique by Mao Zedong was written on a report by the Political Department of the 15th Army of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army, dated September 4, 1952, concerning the situation of frontline political offensives against the enemy around "August 15," submitted to the Corps Political Department and the Volunteer Army Political Department. The report mentioned that in terms of position propaganda, shouting had evolved into dialogue and broadcasting, with a total of ten broadcasts and twenty-four pieces of material aired. Our frontline officers and soldiers greatly welcomed this.
\[2\] Xiao Hua, then Deputy Director of the General Political Department of the People's Revolutionary Military Commission.
