Central Telegram Regarding the Dispatch of Bo Yibo[1] to Shanghai to Assist in the Three-Anti and Five-Anti Campaigns (February 22, 1952)  To the East China Bureau: Comrade Bo Yibo is hereby dispatched to your region. His mission, under the decisions of the East China Bureau, is to examine and assist the Three-Anti and Five-Anti work in Shanghai. Notes  [1] Bo Yibo was at that time Deputy Director of the Financial and Economic Commission of the Administrative Council and Director of the Central People’s Government Committee for Economy Inspection.  [2] Peng Zhen was at that time Deputy Director of the Central People’s Government Committee for Economy Inspection. On February 5, 1952, the CPC Central Committee had telegraphed the East China Bureau, deciding to send Peng Zhen to East China to assist in the Three-Anti and Five-Anti campaigns, with particular emphasis on helping the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee carry out the Five-Anti struggle.
