Commentary by the Central Committee on the Northeast Bureau’s Directive Concerning the Need to Sustain Economic Operations and to Prevent Counterrevolutionary Sabotage During the Three-Anti Campaign (February 13, 1952)  To All Central Bureaus:  The two points raised in this telegram from the Northeast Bureau[1]—namely, the importance of maintaining economic activities and of countering counterrevolutionary elements during the Three-Anti Campaign—are applicable throughout the country. All Central Bureaus are requested to accord similar attention to these matters.  Printed on February 13 by the Central Committee, based on Mao Zedong’s handwritten draft.   Refers to a telegram dated February 11, 1952, from the Northeast Bureau of the CPC Central Committee to its subordinate organizations and to the Central Committee, emphasizing the necessity, in the course of the Three-Anti Movement, of ensuring the completion of plans for production, trade, taxation, transportation, and other sectors, as well as of remaining vigilant against and preventing counterrevolutionary sabotage.
