To the Party Committee of the Chinese People's Volunteers, with a copy to the Northeast Bureau:
The Sixty-sixth Army is a unit that entered Korea to participate in the war and has not been back in the country for very long. Previously, it had no success in catching tigers. After strict supervision, it rallied its forces and within two days caught twenty-three small and medium tigers. Please strictly supervise all departments and all armies to catch large numbers of tigers within a set time limit. This is of the utmost importance.
