Telegram on Going to East China and the Central-South to Assist in the Three-Anti and Five-Anti Work

East China Bureau, Central-South Bureau, South China Sub-Bureau:

The Central Committee has decided to send Comrade Peng Zhen to East China to assist in the Three-Anti and Five-Anti work, with the focus on helping the Shanghai Municipal Committee launch the Five-Anti struggle. Comrade Luo Ruiqing is sent to the Central-South to assist in the same work as mentioned above, with the focus on Guangzhou.
