Additions to the Draft Central Directive on Conducting the Three-Anti Campaign in Industrial and Mining Enterprises (February 4, 1952) (6) During the Three-Anti Campaign, attention should be paid to maintaining leadership over production; production must not be severed from the campaign, nor should output be reduced as a result. If, because of the heavy workload of the Three-Anti Campaign, there is some reduction in output, it should not be excessive, and the losses incurred during the campaign should be made up through increased production following its conclusion.
