The General Office of the Central Committee must convene a meeting of this kind, the scope of which may be at the section chief level and above, to seriously review the work of the entire Office, put a stop to waste, and formulate plans for tracking down and investigating large, medium, and small cases of graft. It is imperative to ferret out all grafters.

Refers to the report of the Party Committee of the First Aviation School of the People's Liberation Army, dated January 22, 1952, on the week's situation in the Three-Antis Campaign, submitted to the Air Force Party Committee for transmission to the General Political Department and Mao Zedong. The report mainly described their convening of a meeting of cadres at the platoon level and above, at which the school's chief leading cadres took the lead in making self-critical reports and welcomed everyone to expose and criticize errors, thereby giving impetus to the rapid unfolding of the Three-Antis struggle throughout the school.
