Comrade Qiaomu:
This document is very good and can be implemented accordingly. However, with regard to Lai Ruoyu being transferred to the General Labour Union as secretary-general, whether Tao Lujia can be transferred remains to be considered, and whether Jiang Qing is suitable to serve as a division chief also merits further consideration.
