Note  [1] Refers to the resolution concerning the campaign to resist U.S. aggression and aid Korea, which was to be discussed and adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the First National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
This resolution was adopted on October 24, 1951, and published in the People’s Daily on the 25th.
