Letter to Dai Yuben[1]
(October 10, 1951)

Comrade Yuben:
Your letter of September 9 has been received. You have made great progress, which gives me much comfort. I agree that Brother Peng Ximei[2] may enter the Revolutionary University to study, but he must make the resolve himself. If he decides to come, he may present this letter to the school authorities to arrange matters of enrollment. This is my reply.
With regards and best wishes for your well-being!
