Letter to Dai Yuben [1] (October 10, 1951) Comrade Yuben: Your letter of September 9 has been received. There has been considerable progress, which gives me great satisfaction. I approve Brother Peng Ximei’s [2] admission to the Revolutionary University for study, but it must be his own firm decision. If he decides to come, he may use this letter to contact the university authorities regarding enrollment procedures. With best regards, and wishing you well!
