Letter to Tan Xichun[1]
(October 7, 1951)

Mr. Xichun:

Your letter of September 14 has been received. I am deeply concerned about your difficulties in livelihood. Brother Mao Yuju[2] is currently here. When he returns to the countryside, I will discuss with him ways to provide assistance. This is my reply.

Wishing you good health!
