Letter to Xu Bing¹
(October 4, 1951)

Comrade Xu Bing:

Quan Ruzhen’s letter is enclosed. She is the wife of Qin Liming². Her son is ill and she requests consideration. Please send someone to investigate whether Quan Ruzhen has any political problems. If she is politically clean, it seems appropriate to extend consideration to her and her son. Please handle at your discretion.
