Our army has decided not to launch large-scale counteroffensive operations in September. There are also reports that the enemy has intentions of landing at Chinnampo. Therefore, the 38th, 39th, and 40th Armies should all remain in their original stations, intensify training, and prepare to deal with a possible landing in the Chinnampo area.
