Please dispatch a responsible comrade, accompanied by a number of staff members and the necessary supplies, to hasten to the Kaesong area to join with Comrade Xie Fang, Chief of Staff of the Joint Command [2], in making preparations for the venue and the meeting. If there are no buildings available at that location, tents must be brought along. All items required by the delegations of both sides, as well as the equipment for the meeting venue, should be taken along. Everything must be fully prepared by July 8.
