To Peng Dehuai[1] Regarding Enemy Movements and Our Army’s Disposition
(13 June 1951)

Comrade Dehuai:

(1) After the enemy occupied Gimhwa and Cheorwon, what are their movements? Can our army hold the enemy along the line between this sector and the Geumseong–Pyeonggang–Tosan line? What is our army’s disposition? I am extremely concerned.

(2) Comrade Deng Hua[2] and four other comrades have been ordered to set out for the front on the 15th. All important decisions of the Central Committee will be conveyed by Deng in person.
