Letter to Hu Qiaomu[1]
(March 29, 1951)

Comrade Qiaomu:

The March 28 issue of Guangming Daily carried an article by Wu Jingchao[2] entitled "What I Have Gained from Participating in the Land Reform Work." It is very well written. Please instruct Renmin Ribao (People’s Daily) to reprint it, and instruct Xinhua News Agency to broadcast it to all localities.

Also: In the lower left-hand corner of the March 28 Renmin Ribao, there is a news item, "Beijing [Municipal] People’s Broadcasting Station Airs a Recording Discussing the Suppression of Counterrevolutionaries." Please also broadcast it in text form. However, a few sentences in it tell the listeners what to do on March 28; the broadcast script should be revised accordingly and written up as a Beijing news dispatch.
