The telegram concerning the cleaning out of reactionary elements in the financial and economic organs of the Southwest, which I approved and issued last time,[2] please copy and distribute to the heads of all departments of the Central Committee and the Military Commission (including the various special arms) and to Bo Yibo, Ye Jizhuang, Teng Daiyuan, Qiaomu, Peng Zhen.[3]
