Comments on a Letter from the Social Service Department of the Beijing Office of Xinmin Bao

Please look into this matter, find out why the Ministry of Textile Industry has adopted such an attitude, and ask the responsible person of that ministry to submit a report to me.

[2] Refers to the matter reported in the letter from Xinmin Bao, in which the Ministry of Textile Industry disregarded the sizing agent invented by Hui Jian in Beijing, preventing its promotion and application.
