Congratulatory Telegram to Stalin on the First Anniversary of the Signing of the Sino-Soviet Treaty of Friendship, Alliance and Mutual Assistance (February 12, 1951) To Marshal Stalin, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics: On the occasion of the first anniversary of the signing of the Sino-Soviet Treaty of Friendship, Alliance and Mutual Assistance, please accept my heartfelt gratitude and congratulations to Your Excellency, the Soviet Government, and the Soviet people.
The conclusion of this treaty has not only provided tremendous assistance to the construction of New China but has also offered a powerful guarantee for resisting aggression and safeguarding peace and security in the Far East and throughout the world.
Hereby, I wish further development and consolidation of the friendly cooperation between China and the Soviet Union!
