Comrade Tao Zhu, and inform Deng, Tan, Ye, and Fang[1]:
Your telegram of January 15 has been received. The Forty-fifth Army should strive to conclude bandit suppression at an early date and await orders to move to the Shaoguan-Guangzhou line for training, consolidation, and combat preparation; the Twenty-first Army Corps is confirmed to conduct bandit suppression and garrison duties within Guangxi; the Forty-ninth Army should strive to be available for concentrated use after May or June. It is hoped that dispositions will be made according to this intention.
