Telegram received. (1) The Central Committee has entrusted Comrade Gao Gang with the responsibility of handling all matters related to aiding the Korean comrades. Henceforth, all such affairs shall be directly referred to Comrade Gao Gang, and he shall provide the responses. The matters concerning the tank school and the officer school are to be handled by Gao. (2) Regarding the location of the embassy premises, your opinion is approved.
