9th Corps shall adopt the policy of luring the enemy in deep and seeking opportunities to destroy them one by one

Peng, Deng[1], and inform Song, Tao[2] and Gao[3]:
(1) All telegrams received. The dispositions are very good. (2) The Kanggye and Changjin sectors shall be the definite and full responsibility of Song’s Corps[4], adopting the policy of luring the enemy in deep and seeking opportunities to destroy them one by one. Thereafter the said corps shall come under your direct command; we shall not exercise remote control. One army of the 9th Corps shall proceed directly to Kanggye and move quickly to Changjin.
