Regarding the Deployment of the 9th Corps
To Peng Dehuai and Gao Gang [1]

Peng and Gao, and inform Song and Tao [2]:

(1) Agree to Peng’s suggestion that the 27th Army be deployed in the northeast direction of Sinuiju;
(2) The remaining two armies of the 9th Corps should be stationed near Shenyang for rest and reorganization, awaiting further orders.
