Please consider having the division of the 42nd Army now in the area of Xingchuandong[3] swiftly occupy the points of Ningyuan, Dechuan, and Mengshan, and send one regiment forward to the south of Mengshan to occupy the railway line between Yangde and Chengchuan, in order to prevent the enemy from Pyongyang and Wonsan from possibly sending reinforcements.
