Swiftly Seizes the Points of Nyongwon, Tokchon, and Maengsan

Peng and Deng,[1] and inform Gao:[2]

Please consider having one division of the Forty-Second Army, now in the area of Haengchon-dong,[3] swiftly seize the points of Nyongwon, Tokchon, and Maengsan, and send one regiment forward south of Maengsan to occupy the railway line between Yangdok and Songchon, in order to prevent possible enemy reinforcements from the directions of Pyongyang and Wonsan.
