Please include this matter [2] and similar incidents that occurred on the 15th and 16th in the protest telegram [3] already drafted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and send it off on the night of the 26th.

[1] This is a note written by Mao Zedong on a Xinhua News Agency dispatch dated October 24, 1950, addressed to Zhou Enlai and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
[2] Refers to the incident reported in a Xinhua News Agency dispatch from Shenyang on the 24th: “At 10:36 on the 24th, three military aircraft of the U.S. forces invading Korea intruded into the airspace over Digou Village in Ji’an County, Liaodong Province.”
[3] Refers to the protest telegram sent by Zhou Enlai in the name of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Central People’s Government of the People’s Republic of China to the United Nations Security Council. The protest telegram, addressing the repeated violations of China’s airspace by U.S. military aircraft between October 13 and 25, 1950, demands that the UN Security Council take immediate and effective measures to stop the criminal acts of U.S. military aircraft intruding into China’s airspace by the U.S. forces invading Korea, and to immediately withdraw the U.S. forces invading Korea, so as to extinguish the flames of expanding war.
