CCP Central Military Commission Telegram to Zhang Zongshun [1] Regarding the 19th Corps’ Readiness to Move to Northeast China (October 22, 1950) Comrade Zhang Zongshun: Your telegram of October 20 has been received. (1) Given the urgency of the situation, the headquarters of the 19th Corps and its two principal armies are to complete all preparations for departure within one month of receipt of this telegram—i.e., by November 24—and stand by for orders to move to Northeast China.
