Liu Tianmin, a native of Shanfu Village, Yanglin Township, Shaoshan City, Hunan Province, wife of Guo Zicai, and close to Yang Kaihui. During the Great Revolution period she engaged in student movements and youth work, and later devoted herself long-term to educational work. She served as a member of the Xiangtan Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
