Your telegram of the 12th at 21:00 hours has been received.

(1) It is permissible for the rear elements of the Song Army Corps[2] to complete their departure from the Shanghai-Changshu area by the 18th. The Song Army Corps shall, as previously planned, assemble in the Tai’an-Qufu area for a period of consolidation and training, and await orders to proceed to the Northeast; (2) The antiaircraft artillery regiment must still depart for the Northeast immediately; (3) Please inform us of the opening date of the Shanghai People’s Representative Conference.
