(1) Agree to the deployment of four armies and three artillery divisions in full force to assemble at the positions you have designated, awaiting opportunities to destroy the enemy; (2) Have already telegraphed East China to dispatch one anti-aircraft artillery regiment, which will depart from Shanghai on October 14 for Shenyang and then proceed to the front. Gao, please ensure its reception and transfer; (3) Other matters have been addressed separately. However, the air force is temporarily unable to deploy.
