Zhou [1]:
Critique on Urging the Tibetan Delegation
to Depart for Beijing Immediately
(August 29, 1950)

Send a cable to Shen Jian[2] telling the Tibetan delegation to depart for Beijing immediately; this is very necessary. In the cable, please state the hope that the delegation will, upon receiving the cable, promptly depart by plane to Hong Kong, then transfer to the Guangzhou–Kowloon, Guangdong–Hankou, and Beijing–Hankou railways, arriving in Beijing in mid-September.

[1] Zhou refers to Zhou Enlai.
