Letter to Huang Yanpei[1]
(June 7, 1950)

Mr. Renzhi:

I am introducing Comrade Chen Xian[2] to have a talk with you. He is the Secretary of the CPC Southern Jiangsu Regional Party Committee and the principal leading cadre in charge of the Southern Jiangsu region. The report I showed you last time was written by him. The written opinion you sent me was forwarded to Comrade Chen for his perusal two months ago. He has expressed his gratitude to you, but holds that some points do not entirely correspond with the facts. When you talk, please inquire of him in detail about this.

With salutations!
