[1] Huang Yanpei, courtesy name Renzhi, principal leading member of the China Democratic National Construction Association. At the time, he served as a member of the Central People's Government Council and Vice Premier of the Government Administration Council.
[2] Refers to the *Party Rectification Documents* compiled and printed on June 1, 1950, by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the recommendation of Mao Zedong. It contains a total of 12 documents, including the Central Committee's directive on Party rectification, the Central Committee's directive on developing and consolidating Party organizations, the Central Committee's directive on studying "Stalin and Mao Zedong on How Communist Party Members Must Be Good at Uniting and Cooperating with Non-Party Masses," and the Central Committee's decision on launching criticism and self-criticism in newspapers and periodicals.
