Letter to Li Jingrong[1]

(May 8, 1950)

Comrade Jingrong:

Your letter of November 13 last year has been received, and it gave me great comfort. While in Moscow, I had the chance to see Zhicheng[2]; his situation is good, and it probably won't be long before he can graduate and return home. Your work in Hunan is going very well; if your work requires it, there is no need for you to come to Beijing.

With this reply, I wish you good health!
