Comment on Zhang Shizhao’s[1] Recommendation of Li Tang[2]

Ask Zhou[3] to consider and handle as appropriate. Zhang Shizhao has recommended only this one person; it seems appropriate to employ him.

Li states himself that he is already sixty-six years old, burdened with a wife and family, with no children to rely on, has recognized his past errors, and is striving to make amends in his later years. His energy is still adequate for work, and he hopes to be given a job.
