[1] Huang Yanpei, courtesy name Ren Zhi, a principal leader of the China Democratic National Construction Association. At that time he served as a member of the Central People’s Government and Vice Premier of the Government Administration Council.
[2] Chen refers to Chen Yun, then Vice Premier of the Government Administration Council and Director of the Financial and Economic Committee. Bo refers to Bo Yibo, then Vice Director of the Financial and Economic Committee of the Government Administration Council.
