Letter to Liu Kuiyi[1]
(April 14, 1950)

Mr. Linsheng:
Your esteemed letter of April 2 has been read and noted. The matter of returning deposits was originally handled by the localities in accordance with the demands of the peasants. It has now been ordered to cease. Respectfully replying, and
wishing you great peace!
