Telegram to the United Nations on Restoring the Legitimate Rights of the People's Republic of China in the United Nations and the Security Council[1]

To Mr. Romulo, President of the United Nations General Assembly, Mr. Trygve Lie, Secretary-General, and through you to the delegations of all member states of the United Nations and the Security Council:

On January 8, 1950, I sent a note to the United Nations requesting that the United Nations and the Security Council expel the illegal representatives of the Chinese Kuomintang reactionary remnant clique. This protest note has been acknowledged by Mr. Lie, who replied by telegram indicating receipt and transmittal to the member states of the Security Council.

Now I notify you again, Mr. President and Mr. Secretary-General...
