Have you already undertaken such work, and if so, what were the results? (2) To what extent have your preparations for the attack on the Zhoushan Islands progressed?
Has the number of available vessels been increased? (3) What is the status of Ye Fei’s [2] preparations for an assault on Kinmen Island, and when do you estimate that Kinmen can be attacked? (4) When will you be able to come to Beijing to confer with Comrades Nie Rongzhen and Liu Yalou [3]?
