Military Commission Telegram Approving the Dinghai Operation Plan to Su Yu[1] et al.

Su, Tang, Zhang, Zhou,[2] and inform the East China Bureau:
We approve the Dinghai operation plan outlined in your telegram of the 30th day of the 10th month. We believe your approach of adopting a cautious attitude, concentrating superior forces, making thorough preparations in advance, and strictly guarding against arrogance and underestimating the enemy is correct.
