If this is true, you should order the Twelfth Corps to occupy Liuyang and Liling, and to occupy Yuezhou and Xiangyin on the front, but do not go to occupy Zhuzhou. All units should not get too close to Changsha, so as to facilitate negotiations with Cheng Qian for a peaceful resolution of the Hunan question.
