In the coming months, you have four major tasks before you: (1) administering the newly occupied vast urban and rural areas of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, and Jiangxi, centered on Shanghai; (2) occupying Fujian and Xiamen; (3) assisting the Second Field Army in its westward advance; (4) preparing to occupy Taiwan.
