In the next few months you have four major tasks: (1) administering the vast newly liberated urban and rural areas in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui and Jiangxi with Shanghai as the center; (2) occupying Fujian and Xiamen; (3) helping the Second Field Army to march west; (4) preparing to occupy Taiwan.
