Telegram to Zhou Enlai[1]

(June 13, 1949)

During the Bao’an and Yan’an periods, a sum of money was provided to support his family, but later the assistance was discontinued due to the interruption of communication routes. Please consider, after the liberation of Fujian, arranging for some financial assistance to be given to his family, either from Beiping or through Zhang Dingcheng[2].
